Chamomile is a staple in sleepy time blends and has been used to help settle into sleep for centuries. Our premium grade herbal tea is sourced from Egypt.

Generally, it’s best to slightly under-steep the flowers: you’ll preserve that light, meadow-fresh flavour.

Directions for Use

1 tea bag
Brew in 90-95ºC water for 5 minutes
Add honey or a sprig of mint depending on your preference
